For more than two decades, The Foot and Ankle Wellness Center of Western Pennsylvania has served communities throughout Western Pennsylvania. The practice is entering a new chapter centered on patient education, individualized attention, modern technology, and helping patients remain active.

Dr. Matthew Sabo has been providing podiatric care to patients in Western Pennsylvania for more than 25 years. He provides comprehensive treatment for a wide range of foot and ankle conditions, with an emphasis on individualized care, conservative treatment when appropriate, and advanced treatment options designed to help patients remain active and comfortable.

Dr. Sabo completed his podiatric medical education followed by residency training at Hahnemann University Hospital in Philadelphia, where he served as Chief Resident.

Throughout his career, Dr. Sabo has treated patients with conditions ranging from routine foot care and diabetic foot concerns to heel pain, sports injuries, wounds, deformities, and complex foot and ankle problems.

His practice also incorporates advanced technologies and treatment options, including shockwave therapy, laser therapy, Swift therapy for plantar warts, custom orthotics, and other non-surgical treatment options.

Dr. Sabo believes strongly in taking the time to listen to his patients, explain their condition and treatment choices, and develop an individualized treatment plan with the goal of getting each patient back on their feet and back to the activities they enjoy.
